On the nicest spot in Leiden 'de Nieuwe Rijn', this modern, bright apartment is situated. The area has everything you need, from small neighborhood supermarket, coffee shops to the most delicious bakery, breakfast-lunch or dinner restaurant right around the corner; there are countless options within walking distance. On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is the market and plenty of nice stores that will make you happy.

The Apartment
Through the white front door next to Grand Café 'De Stadhouder' you go up two stairs, where the cozy apartment of 97m2 is located on the second floor. The living room has a beamed ceiling and the large windows in the living room give you a direct view of the canal belt. At the back of the living room is the modern kitchen with generous dining table. In the hallway is the toilet.
Via the stairs you reach the top floor with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom, equipped with sink, large shower, toilet and washing machine.
